Why should I drink Aura Tea?

This is our favorite question so we’ll try to not get excited. Aura Tea is a better-for-you boba tea alternative that is sugar-free, low calorie, and vegan. Each of our teas also have major functional benefits from the antioxidants in our jasmine green tea to the immunizing benefits of our masala chai. Beyond that, we designed our drinks to fuel your aura - that means being able to enjoy our drinks with that after feeling of self-love instead of guilt.
Do we have an in-store location?

Yes! Come check out our first ever location in San Francisco on 121 Spear Street.
What are the store hours?

We’re open every day of the week Monday-Sunday from 9AM to 8PM.
Do we offer catering?

Yes, whether you have a corporate event or birthday party, there’s always enough Aura to go around. Check out our catering page to contact us!
Are Aura Tea's tapioca pearls sugar-free?

Yes! We keep everything sugar-free. That means we make our own in-house syrup to sweeten our pearls.
Do we also serve coffee?

Yessir! We might be known for our better-for-you boba tea but we serve coffee as well. And yes, our coffee is under 100 calories and sugar-free as well.
Why are our teas so pricey?

We’ll keep it real (just like how we keep our ingredients) so here’s why. Our ingredients are more expensive than that of your average drink:

First off, we brew real loose leaf tea using our special teaspresso machine (it’s basically an espresso machine for tea.) That means each boba bottle and cup is made to order with freshly brewed tea.

Second, we use natural sugarcane derived zero calorie sweetener to sweeten your drinks while keeping them sugar-free. Our syrup base for our tapioca pearls is also sweetened by this natural sweetener instead of your basic artificial zero calorie sweeteners.

Additionally, we blend real herbs to create our functional drinks and real fruit for our fruit teas.

Lastly, we use fresh barista plant milk for all of our milk teas instead of non-dairy creamer, which is cheaper and more calorie heavy.
How long can the boba bottles stay refrigerated?

Once you receive the bottles, throw them in the fridge. Since our boba bottles are freshly brewed, they last 1 week in the fridge.
Are Aura Tea drinks vegan?

Yes! We keep it 100% plant-based with our non-dairy milk teas.
Do we only serve oat-milk?

No, we also serve other plant milk options like almond and coconut milk. Stay tuned for more non-dairy options!
What kind of sweetener do we use?

We’ve partnered with Emeryville, CA based startup Purecane to sweeten all your drinks. Purecane is a 100% naturally derived zero calorie sweetener from sugarcane unlike other artificially derived sweeteners.
What is the keto-boba made of?

Glad you asked. Our keto boba is a blend of fruit jelly and agar and is handmade right here in our SF kitchen.
What kind of tea do we use?

Here at Aura Tea, we use real loose leaves for all of our tea drinks. Our tea options range from jasmine green tea, masala chai, earl gray, matcha, and butterfly pea-flower tea depending on the drink.
Do you have any non-caffeinated boba tea options?

Yes, our in-store Karl the Fog and Pure Aura drinks are butterfly pea-flower tea based which has 0 caffeine. We’ll be adding these options to our online menu very soon!
When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped and delivered within 2-5 days after purchasing.
